  1. A pleasure to meet you. Can you please tell me what a later in life mom means? Also, I was wondering why you are located in Riyadh if you don't mind. How exciting for you! What is Saudi Arabia's approach in medicine? Conventional or alternative?

  2. Hello Maria,
My daugher's name is Maria too, the most beautiful name in the World!
What I meant in "later in life", (I have edited that since) because it took us over 14 years of fertility struggle and quitting trying, then we were blessed with a beautiful little girl naturally, no medicines, IVF!
Medicine in Saudi Arabia is very modern. Traditionally, healing was practiced and things like "cupping" and many herbs were used. Now, the medical treatments that insurance will cover are of the "modern" type. Visit the doctor, he treats the symptoms, does not ask about the patient, etc. We are getting some accupuncture and yoga is catching on. Take care,
